I offer both Self Pay and Insurance options.
Why Self Pay?
- Not everyone who seeks counseling has a mental illness, instead they are focusing on issues that interfere with their joy and personal growth.
- Insurance companies require a psychiatric diagnosis for reimbursement and can audit/request all client notes.
- Self pay does not require any billing to insurance, therefore no diagnosis is shared with your insurance company, thus protecting client privacy.
- Self pay allows for a more holistic, wellness model of therapy rather than a "medical model" of mental illness.
Individual Forty-Five Minute Session: $140
Individual Sixty Minute Session: $160
We can discuss a sliding scale, if appropriate.

Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved for you. If a cancellation is unavoidable, then a 24-hour advance notice is required, so I can offer the time to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $75 charge (except in the case of an emergency). This cancellation fee cannot be billed to your insurance.
